Andy & Me in Ketchikan
This is one of the photos we had taken of us while on our Alaskan cruise. We sailed on the Norwegian Star to Ketchikan, Juneau, and Skagway, AK and Prince Rupert, BC, leaving from and returning to Seattle, WA. At close range, it’s hard to get more than one face in focus using the 50mm f/1.8 lens. Oh well! I may be blurry, but it’s the only photo we have of us together that day. Thanks to our waitress for taking it.

Andy and I went to Zoë’s Kitchen for the first time last weekend after going to the car show at the Phoenix Convention Center — my first time at a car show and my first time in the new convention center — lots of firsts! I took this photo with my Sidekick 3 in my left hand.

Ate Lunch Together at Sun Asian Kitchen
I love to join Andy for lunch during the work week once in a while. Today, we had a lunch date at Sun Asian Kitchen in South Mountain. The food was delicious, the ambience lovely, and the prices very reasonable ($4.95 for lunch specials).

Gay Cowboy Wedding at Mormon Lake Lodge
Last weekend, Andy and I photographed and videotaped a wedding of two friends of ours, a male couple who had a country-western “cowboy”-themed wedding at Mormon Lake Lodge in Mormon Lake, Arizona (about a half-hour outside of Flagstaff).
I will post more photos later, depending on the willingness of our friends, but for now, here’s a photo I took while I was outside the cabin taking photos of the beautiful trees and flowers.
